Cubiquity signs Armed Forces Covenant

POSTED: AUGUST 7 2026

Cubiquity has signed the Armed Forces Covenant, reinforcing its commitment to supporting serving personnel, reservists, veterans, cadet instructors and military families.

The Armed Forces Covenant is a national promise that those who serve, or have served, in the Armed Forces, and their families, should be treated fairly and with respect. Cubiquity is proud to be part of this commitment, pledging to uphold these principles and take practical steps to become an Armed Forces-friendly employer.

As part of its commitment, Cubiquity will welcome applications from members of the Armed Forces community, recognise the transferable skills and experience they can bring to the business, and support relevant Armed Forces initiatives where appropriate. The pledge will also form part of Cubiquity’s wider ESG and social value activity.

Nick Burden, Operations Director at Cubiquity, said:

“Signing the Armed Forces Covenant is an important step for Cubiquity. The Armed Forces community brings a huge amount of experience, commitment and resilience, and we want to make sure that people who serve, or have served, and their families feel recognised, respected and supported. This pledge gives us a clear way to show that commitment, both as an employer and as a business.”

Cubiquity will continue to promote its Covenant commitments internally and externally, while reviewing how it honours the pledge in line with its people policies, community activity and customer-facing processes.
