First up on the agenda was an audit of the entire suite of store inventory, with the aim of weeding out all out-of-date or rarely used line items. Next we set about showing best value across the full range of marketing, POS, promotional print and office supplies, for a budget in excess of £500k per annum. Lastly, we presented ways in which to save time, minimise cost and update distribution to accommodate ad-hoc business — now, and in the future.
