Conception

The challenge was to make big improvements at this pawnbroking and personal loans company — bringing its antiquated distribution service up to speed and cleaning up a vast range of non-compliant stock items.

 

Creation

First up on the agenda was an audit of the entire suite of store inventory, with the aim of weeding out all out-of-date or rarely used line items. Next we set about showing best value across the full range of marketing, POS, promotional print and office supplies, for a budget in excess of £500k per annum. Lastly, we presented ways in which to save time, minimise cost and update distribution to accommodate ad-hoc business — now, and in the future.

 

Culmination

Utilising the full power of our online solutions and dedicated account management teams, in less than two weeks we were able to implement over 200 line items and deploy a comprehensive marketing, procurement and distribution service, delivering:
