On first meeting HF Holidays, we found an award-winning, activity-based holiday company with a staid, outdated marketing collateral and brochure fulfilment model. We needed to bring these systems up to speed to do justice to a company that prides itself on sun, scenery and action. First up, we met with key stakeholders to discuss immediate challenges and address ways of relieving the pressure. We formalised communication with HF’s marketing team, suggested new print practices and adjusted the brochure production schedule to run like clockwork during the critical April-to-October months. We also initiated monthly meetings to plan and facilitate a new long-term approach.
