HOW IT WORKS
RISE is an initiative, powered by Cubiquity and Bigkid, which brings customers, colleagues and suppliers together to address our collective impact on the environment and the communities we operate in. To do this, RISE empowers its members to work together to create a positive change; be that through volunteering and fundraising, making more sustainable choices for designs, products and logistics, or sharing ideas about how we can do better together.

FAIR PAY
Making sure everyone is paid fairly is one way of showing we respect our colleagues commitment and experience. This is why Cubiquity are proud to be a Living Wage Employer.
CARBON BALANCED
We all rely on the planet for our well-being and resources, which is why we’ve become a Carbon Balanced Business through the World Land Trust. Not only do we source carbon-balanced paper, we also offset the carbon emissions resulting from our travel and energy consumption.
SUPPORTING OTHERS
We are proud supporters of Beam and CALM, organisations who help others; respecting their circumstances by providing the guidance and resources they need to help them improve their own lives.
To date, we have supported 65 people back into work and 60 people into secure housing through Beam, changing lives of 123 people and created a calendar of fundraising events to help CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably).

OUR PAPER TRAIL
It’s important we know where our products are coming from which is why we work closely with our suppliers to ensure there is transparency across the supply chain, this helps us to make more sustainable choices for example working with the World Land Trust, the Woodland Trust & Carbon Footprint to use Carbon Balanced Paper.
TOWARDS NET ZERO
We have always sought to implement sustainable options and processes to help reduce our carbon emissions, we do this by working closely with suppliers and colleagues to constantly review all our solutions. And, where operational emissions cannot be eliminated, we offset them through the World Land Trust, the Woodland Trust and Carbon Footprint.
We are committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050.

Cubiquity has achieved gold status in 2023 under EcoVadis – the world’s largest and most trusted independent sustainability ratings provider. EcoVadis is a collaborative platform, that allows companies to evaluate how well they have integrated the principles of sustainability and corporate social responsibility into their business operating model and management systems.

Cubiquity has a Charity of the Year. The selection of the charity and the planning of fundraising activities are owned by all our colleagues, with something for everyone to get involved with (even our customers get to join in the fun!). We are proud to be supporting CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably).
EXTENDING PARTNERSHIPS
We have a network of selected partners who share our environmental and social ambitions, and these partnerships are extended to our customers. If you want to promote the sustainability of your print to your own customers, by working with Cubiquity and choosing compliant paper, you gain access to Two-Sides’ Love Paper logo and the Carbon Balanced World Land Trust Logo.
OWNERSHIP
As a customer you can donate a % of your spend with Cubiquity to our social partner Beam, who help people who are homeless remove financial barriers to finding employment. (You even get your own impact page so you can see how your contribution has helped the individuals you choose to support).
