WE ASKED YOU, YOU TOLD US.
In January, Cubiquity decided to release a survey to all its clients. We focused on what we believe are some of the most important traits which a successful print management agency should acquire.
Concentrating on four key areas being response time, accuracy, quality and price. From those who have been with us throughout the Cubiquity journey, to those who have just begun the fun ride ahead, we were grateful to receive responses from a diverse bunch of Cubiquity clients. Overall, our findings have indicated that our clients are ‘very satisfied’ with the efficiency and quality of our service.
SO, WHAT DID OUR RESULTS SHOW?
98% agreed that we ‘always’ deal quickly and competently with your enquires and requests, highlighting the efficiency which we have within our team. Over 90% stated that we deliver your products accurately and on time, every time.
Quality & cost are both very important factors for both us and our clients and therefore we are delighted over 95% ‘agreed’ that we provide a consistent standard of high-quality printed products.
WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO ABOUT IT?
Over the course of our journey, experience has taught us that quality and precision is key, along with great customer service. Whilst we appreciate that quality can at times impact cost, we always assure our clients that we will deliver the best quality whilst offering the best price.
Trying to get the best results can have its complications. Whether it’s falling at the first hurdle, or spending countless hours working on a project. There is a reason for mishaps, a point of mistakes and that is to strive for excellence.
This is Cubiquity’s ethos – we promise to give our clients 100%. We seek quality, never letting our work fall below standards. So there may be a few bumps along the way, but rest assured, we’ll be plain sailing in the end.
WE’D LIKE TO SAY THANK YOU
We’re extremely grateful who took part in our survey. At Cubiquity, we are all about people and we feel a consistent face-to-face, hands-on approach is key in continuing to develop our relationships with all our clients. After all, where would we be without you?
